Historic 1870 Beach Hill Home: Sleeps up to 12 in 5 bedrooms with 2 baths and 2 kitchens, just 1-1/2 Blocks to the Santa Cruz Wharf and 3-blocks to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This home is perfect for multiple families. It is a Quick walk everywhere, easy stroll to a large sandy Beach, the Santa Cruz Wharf, the Beach Boardwalk, the San Lorenzo River Walk, Nearys Lagoon Bird Watching area, the Mike Fox Skateboard Park, the BMX bike park (1 of only 5 in the US) in Depot Park with lots of swings and slides etc. Or walk downtown for lots of restaurants, live music both inside and outside of the clubs, and very unique shops that you won't see anywhere else except Santa Cruz! It is located in a great location and neighborhood of beautiful Victorian Cottages. And, during the summer, from the backyard, you can hear the Free band concerts on Friday nights.
There are 3 bedrooms; upstairs and a full bath with deep claw-footed tub. There is also a small kitchen upstairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a full bath and the Living Room, Dining Room and main full Kitchen. The 1st upstairs bedroom has 1 Twin trundle bed and 1-Pack and Play crib bed. The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a 1 Double sofa sleeper. The downstairs bedrooms have 1 Double bed each. This home is one of the few in the area that have an air conditioning. In the back yard, there is a gas BBQ grill, an outdoor table can seat up to 10 guests and there is also a Bistro table can that seat another 4. There is a long driveway that can hold up to 6 regular cars or 4 SUV's. Back yard is fully fenced in. This home is only available from June 1, 2010 to Aug 15, 2010.
